I dislocated my coccyx (tailbone) when I was younger and was told that this will mean a smaller space for baby's head in labour. How concerned should I be?

In most cases, a dislocated coccyx does not cause problems in labour because it is rare for it to project into the birth canal and reduce the space for baby's head and body to pass through. However, the only way to assess this properly is for your obstetrician to perform an internal examination +/- a CT scan of your pelvis.
