I'm pregnant with my second baby and my first one was a Caesarean section. Does this mean my second delivery will also be a Caesarean?

No, not unless there is a specific medical reason why you had to have a Caesarean Section in your last labour that applies in this pregnancy too. In most cases, women who have had a previous Caesarean for fetal distress in labour or what is known as 'poor progress in labour', have a good chance (>70%) of having a normal vaginal delivery in a subsequent pregnancy.
